Trevor Grueb

I first met Trampus in the Spring of 2004 when I went to Hot Spring with his older brother, Ben. Ben and I played football together for Dickinson State (Great Day to be a Hawk!) and instantly hit it off. Our friendship became more like brothers, so naturally I would go home with him to Hot Springs on several occasions. That’s when I met John and Trampus. I could tell right away that Trampus had a great head on his shoulders and a big heart. Not sure if they felt it like I did, but I always thought of them like extended brothers. When they came to college at Dickinson, that bond only grew.  

I now live in Faith, SD with my amazing wife, Kaylee, and two young boys Karter (10) and Turner (8). I am currently employed with the Meade County Sheriff's Office and my wife works as at First National Bank. Karter is in love with dirt bikes, and Turner loves monster trucks. Both boys love sports, and I enjoy teaching them how to be great.  

I am honored to be keeping Trampus’ memory alive by being a part of this tournament. His memory and legacy shall live on through his family and friends.
